What is Daedalus Wallet (Cardano)?

It is a hierarchical-deterministic (HD) desktop wallet that gives users more control of how they manage and back-up their funds. Daedalus is also a full node wallet, which gives it good security for a software wallet, as this allows the wallet to be trustless.
