What is OpenSea?

OpenSea is a popular peer-to-peer marketplace for buying, selling, and auctioning digital non-fungible tokens (NFTs). OpenSea, like many of its competitors, allows users to buy, sell, and discover different types of digital art, ranging from collectible digital versions of Nike basketball shoes, to paintings of famous crypto entrepreneurs like Vitalik Buterin, and anything in between. The OpenSea marketplace, like most NFT marketplaces, accepts payment for NFTs in Ethereum's coin ether (ETH).
