What is Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS)?

The Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS) is a multi-partnered international nonprofit body that helps facilitate the standardized development of open-source software, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and other related technologies. OASIS works with several hundred technology partners around the world to create a regulatory and compliant framework for global software development and collaboration. OASIS was founded in 1993 and its headquarters are located outside of Boston, Massachusetts.
