Following feedback from the community, Binance will re-open withdrawals for the following 12 delisted tokens from 2023-12-05 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-12-25 23:59 (UTC). After 2023-12-25 23:59 (UTC), withdrawals for these delisted tokens will no longer be supported. Users will still be able to view the remaining token balances in their Binance wallets, where applicable.

- Beam (BEAM)
- Bitcoin Diamond (BCD)
- GoChain (GO)
- Neblio (NEBL)
- Nebulas (NAS)
- Neutrino Token (NSBT)
- Nexus (NXS)
- Viacoin (VIA)
- Skycoin (SKY)
- Songbird (SGB)
- YOYOW (YOYO)
In addition, Binance will perform a conversion for BEAM, BCD, GO, NEBL, NAS, NSBT and SGB tokens to USDT based on users’ holdings in their Binance wallets at the snapshot time of 2023-12-26 00:00 (UTC). Binance will then replace these seven tokens in users’ Binance wallets with an equivalent amount of USDT by 2024-06-25 23:59 (UTC).
The conversion will be executed on the basis of the average token to USDT exchange rate between 2023-12-26 00:00 (UTC) and 2024-06-25 23:59 (UTC) (hereinafter referred to as “Conversion Period”). Please note that Binance will update this announcement and send a separate email to all affected users when the conversion of the aforementioned seven tokens to USDT is complete.
More information on the average exchange rates during the Conversion Period will also be provided in the email.
Notes:
- All users who hold any of the above tokens in their Binance wallets will receive an email notification by 2023-12-12 23:59 (UTC).
- Deposits of any of the above tokens are no longer supported, and will not be credited to users’ accounts.
- Withdrawals of the above tokens from Binance will be supported until 2023-12-25 23:59 (UTC), subject to network conditions and availability. After this date, withdrawals of the above tokens will no longer be supported, and users will not be able to transfer any of the above tokens from their Binance accounts to any external wallets.
- Binance will not be performing any conversions for AION, NXS, VIA, SKY and YOYO to USDT. Please note that after 2023-12-25 23:59 (UTC), users will no longer be able to withdraw or convert these tokens.
- The conversion of BEAM, BCD, GO, NEBL, NAS, NSBT and SGB tokens to USDT held by users on any Binance wallets will be completed by 2024-06-25 23:59 (UTC). During the Conversion Period, users will not be able to view the above tokens in their Binance wallets.
- Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
