A legal battle involving programmer Craig Wright is unfolding in the UK. Adam Back, CEO of #Blockstream, appeared as a witness and showed correspondence with the mysterious bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto.
Satoshi Nakamoto's last public communication is dated December 12, 2010. Despite this, subsequent correspondence with colleagues continued, hinting that the mysterious developer or some collective of minds was continuing his developments.

On April 23, 2011, an important email surfaced in which Nakamoto handed over responsibility for the blockchain to the team, citing being busy with "other things."
The email exchange, scrutinized in court, covers the period from August 2008 to January 2009. Nakamoto sought Beck's help in writing the article, in which Beck recommended looking into the Micromint and B-Money initiatives.
The B-Money project, developed by engineer Wei Dai, is intertwined with the Crypto++ library, where Dai is best known as a cryptographer. Dai, along with programmer Hal Finney, becomes a likely challenger to Satoshi Nakamoto.
The lawsuit initiated by the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) against Wright seeks to bar him from assuming the role of #Satoshi Nakamoto. Wright's defense looks weak, unable to effectively address inconsistencies in the evidence. Some aspects, such as the mention of the ninja costume, are irrelevant to legal discourse.
A defense witness was forced to rebut Wright's position. In correspondence, he predicted the inevitable collapse of the trial, and it would not be in Wright's favor.
