Revolut is preparing to unveil a cryptocurrency trading platform aimed at experienced traders, CoinDesk reported, based on information from its internal sources. The company refrained from disclosing specific timelines.
According to Revolut's statement, the new exchange promises market analytics and a wider range of services. Emphasizing competitive pricing, the platform boasts commissions ranging from 0% to 0.09%.
Among the benefits users can expect, representatives of the digital bank point out the ability to trade both limit and market orders. Currently, #Revolut is in the beta testing phase and is fine-tuning the platform to ensure a smooth user experience.
In a recent statement, the company noted:
"We are about to unveil a new cryptocurrency exchange designed for experienced traders, offering sophisticated analytical tools and more competitive commissions compared to our existing app."
In December 2023, reports emerged that Revolut had revised its terms of service for UK business customers, signaling a shift in the way cryptoassets are purchased.
In addition, in August 2023, Revolut published an announcement that it was ceasing operations in the #US, citing uncertainty in the #regulatory framework, resulting in the suspension of cryptoasset services for local clients.
Notably, former Revolut employees had previously taken up the task of creating their own cryptocurrency wallet.
